Shipment of Products:

Fast Dispatch: Your purchases are shipped directly from our own store. Our commitment is to get your products to you swiftly upon receiving your order and payment.

Convenient Delivery Hours: Our deliveries usually take place between 10:30 am and 5 pm, from Monday to Saturday.

Signature Required: For added security, goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. Please ensure the recipient specified during the order is available to accept the delivery.

Address Accuracy: As transactions are authorized by the cardholder, it is essential to provide accurate delivery addresses at the time of purchase.

No Redirection/Redelivery: Regrettably, we cannot redirect or redeliver to an alternative address under any circumstances. We kindly request your understanding in this matter.

Post-Delivery Responsibility:Β The Cake Lab Supplies cannot be held responsible for any damage to products after delivery has been completed.

Delivery Attempts: Our courier partner will contact you initially to confirm the delivery date, time, and address. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to any reason, they will make a second attempt and levy delivery charges for it. In case of refusal to pay the second delivery charges, we will refund your entire order amount.
We consider the order delivery "failed" in the following cases:
- Wrong address provided.
- Recipient not available.
- Premises locked.
- Inclement weather conditions or national disruptions, in which case we may reschedule the delivery.
Please report any shortages or damages on the day of delivery through our website's Contact Us page, ensuring the issue is highlighted and communicated to us.
Delivery Charges:
Shipping and handling rates vary based on factors like the product, packaging, and volume. You'll be informed of the shipping and handling charges at the checkout before making any payments.
Product Returns:
Once your products are delivered and accepted as accurate and per your original order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
For damaged, expired, or incorrect items, please return them to the delivery person and inform us by contacting customer service through our website's Contact Us link. Include the order number and delivery date in your communication.
Returned items must be unopened and in saleable condition, accompanied by the original receipt and a return/exchange authorization number. Please note that postage and return charges are non-refundable.
Kindly note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on sale items, opened products, or used items.
Please allow one to three weeks from the return date for your refund request to be processed. We will contact you once your return is complete.
